To register as a partner charity with Everyday Hero you simply need to complete the registration form below. Please feel free to call us on 0800 22 4376 and we will talk you through how we operate and how your cause can benefit from joining us.

To sign up for participation in our online fundraising you need to do 2 things

1. Complete the attached Registration form (click here to download)

   You can complete this form on your screen by saving it as a new document on your computer.
   

2. Send the agreement to our office

   Please email the form and a jpg or GIF of your logo to .

.. and thats it!

We will then send a signed copy of the Agreement back to you.
