New Zealand has one of the highest rates of bowel cancer and bowel cancer death in the developed world.

3000 New Zealander’s are diagnosed every year and 1200 will lose their lives.  That’s more than 100 lives lost per month and as many as breast and prostate cancers combined.

The good news is bowel cancer is curable in more than 75% of cases if caught early.

But we need your help.

Since we are not government funded, we rely entirely on the generosity of the community.

Your support will help us reach more New Zealander’s with early detection and symptom education, support more Kiwis and their whānau affected by the impact of bowel cancer and help fund research that could ultimately save lives.

Donations over $5.00 are tax deductible and receipts will be issued for all donations.

Please donate now and help us make a difference.

Bowel Cancer New Zealand

We are a national patient and family-led charity aiming to reduce the impact of bowel cancer on the New Zealand community through awareness, education, support, research and promotion of access to appropriate screening and treatments. Through our work we aim to save lives from the second biggest cancer killer in New Zealand.
