MEAT FREE WEEK. Live well. Eat well. Be well.

Meat Free Week (18-24 September 2017) challenges participants to give up meat for seven days and raise money for Bowel Cancer New Zealand.

Meat Free Week is about raising awareness that your diet and lifestyle choices make a real difference on your health - living well, eating well and being well.

Going meat free for one week creates a great opportunity to get people thinking about how much meat they eat and the impact eating too much meat may have.

To help raise as much awareness during September as possible we’re seeking your support for Meat Free Week

Using this website you can create your own online fundraising webpage in just minutes and invite everyone you know to make an online donation in support of your Meat Free Week fundraiser.

Each fundraising page has its own unique website link, which you can include in your promotional posters/flyers, send via email or put on your social networking sites (e.g. Facebook & Twitter), inviting everyone to donate.

Further details on Meat Free Week, including downloadable resources, recipes and fundraising tips can be found at meatfreeweek.org
